WELCOME HOME!!! WCVA member Luis Rivera Jr. has successfully completed his tour of duty in Iraq and is now home.

my name is Jon Richardson. I went to high school with kristen and have not been able to get in touch with her since she was stationed at fort eustis. Is there any way I can get her mailing address to send her a letter. Thanks for your help.
